Purcell Room Foyer SEP 2009
University Arts London celebrated the launch of their grad school at the QEH last week. I was lucky enough to
be selected to represent Camberwell and showed The artist falling off a plinth to 300 hungry and thirsty
UAL staff members. It was only up for one night but was a good opportunity to stage the piece in a dramatic way.

Nunhead Open 6 SEP 2009
This is a small local community show.
I came third one year and won a bottle of wine!
This year I entered two motion studies:
A stack of twenty acetates visible from both sides,
and the cardboard man touching his toes. Both were suspended at eye level.

Digital Arts MA09 JUL 2009
The end of year show at Camberwell.
A success. The show was well organized and people enjoyed the work.
I exhibited two large long exposure sculptures; The artist falling off a plinth in the basement with the other Digital Artists
and The artist vaulting over a balcony, which was sited on the main college staircase to dramatic effect. To see more images from the show and links to the official and unofficial websites

XHIBIT 09 MAR 2009
This year Xhibit, which shows in the UAL Arts Gallery, had the theme of Sustainability. This happily coincided with the cardboard
do-it-yourself sculptures I'd been making called Slugmen and I was selected. Several people
constructed models over the course of the show (occasionally correctly).

Centripetal / Centrifugal JAN 2009
I made several video pieces throughout my MA. These two were programmed using Processing to
manipulate the live webcam feed. They were shown in a college event organised by the drawing students.

Interim NOV 2008
I organised this show half way through the course which showed work in progress
by the Online Digital Artists and some printmakers. I exhibited several studies including
my first (and last) rapid prototype of a man walking which I called Golem. At 9cm high
it was somewhat dwarfed by the display cabinet, but I couldn't resist. Also on show was an early version of the
Fight Cloud video.
